We Process and Ship Orders within 2 Business Days of Order Confirmation.

All orders containing Vape / ENDS products must be accompanied by an adult signature upon delivery, as mandated by law.

Flavored e-liquid sales are restricted in:

Return Policy: In the event that a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (such as an incorrect or incomplete address), we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If returned goods reach our facility, a refund will be provided, deducting the postal expenses.

Our return policy spans 7 days from the date of item receipt, granting you the opportunity to request a return within this timeframe.

For eligibility, your item must remain in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is essential.

Initiate a return by reaching out to us at info@rocknrollit.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Note that returns made without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. Should you identify any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. This enables us to assess the issue and rectify it promptly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to contact us for clarification on specific items.
